Return Process

  Carefully fold and pack your items in their original packaging or a secure equivalent to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

  Ship to Pound Fabrics

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
